Applying for IPP Membership

To efficiently apply for IPP Membership, the Applicant, supported by their Professional Adviser, should complete the following forms (legibly, in full with supporting documents) as required. Note: an application checklist is included within the Membership Application Form and separately below.

1A. IPP Application Form An authorised request by the Applicant to the IPP Trustees for acceptance as a Member into the IPP and includes: selection of specific IPP, details of existing funds to be transferred, Investment Manager and Professional Adviser details and acknowledgement of fees, terms and conditions.

Or

1B. IPP Employer Application Form An authorised request by the Applicant’s Employer and Applicant to the IPP Trustees for acceptance as a Member into the IPP.

2. Applicant’s Draft Letter of Authority An Applicant’s authorisation for PANTHERA to speak with the Transferring (existing) Scheme(s) about issues relating to the transfer of assets on behalf of the Applicant. A letter is required for each scheme the applicant is seeking to transfer to the IPP.

3. Investment Policy Statement Form for Applicants (seeking to invest their IPP) to outline their Investment Risk Profile and enable the Trustees to fulfil their obligations and understand the Applicant’s Investment Policy.

4A. IPP Investment Indemnity Form Deed of Indemnity for Trustees in respect of subsequent investment of funds into general asset classes; signed by Applicant, their Investment Manager and two witnesses.

Or

4B. IPP Offshore Bonds Indemnity Form Deed of Indemnity for Trustees in respect of subsequent investment of funds into offshore bonds; signed by Applicant, their Investment Manager and two witnesses.
